Booking & Confirmation

Availability for all bookings is subject to change. Only if the advance payment is completed in our account, will any booking be deemed to have been confirmed from both sides. Pricing

Rates listed on the website and/or presented in response to enquiries may change at any time without prior notice due to seasonal demand, availability, or other factors. Pricing is subject to confirmation when you make your reservation.

Check-in & Check-out

The standard check-in and check-out timings will be provided during the booking process. Early check in/later check out (please note that these services are subject to availability and surcharges may apply)

Guest Responsibility

It is upon the guests to take care of the property and observe basic behavior while staying. Any damages at the premises would be subject to a charge.

Travel & Itinerary

When it comes to packages for travelling, the itinerary is planned based on comfort and safety. Yet minor changes can possibly happen as a result of weather situations, road closures or some unpredicted situations.

Third-Party Services

In this regard, we might use third party vendors for transport, activities or bookings. We work with reliable partners, however we are not directly responsible for delays or lost packages by third parties.

Liability

The Legacy Alchi shall not be liable for any loss, injury, delay or damage caused by force majeure (including but without limitation to natural conditions and travel/route disruptions).

Changes to Terms

You have the right to request access, correction or erasure of your personal data from us as long as it is not needed any longer. If you would like to amend or delete your information please contact us directly.

Cancellation Policy (Hotel & Packages)

We get that plans can change. You can find out more about this policy that avoids surprise but also allows us to manage bookings in a fair way.

Hotel Booking Cancellation

Above 15 Days prior to the check-in: Get a complete Refund (Minus Processing Fees) From 7–15 days prior to check-in: Charge of 50% on booking amount Less than 7 days prior to check-in : Non Refundable

Package Cancellation

More than 20 Days Before Travel Date: Full Refund (excluding processing charges) Half of total package price will be payable 10–20 days before travel Within 10 days of travel: No Refund

Peak Season / Special Dates

The cancellation policies for peak season, holiday or special event bookings will be more strict and provided to the guest at time of booking.

No Show

A no-show means that the guest will not show up without any notification and no refund will be given for having made a booking.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are given between 7–10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed. Depending on your bank or payment method, it can take some time to show up in your account.

Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for booking unless agreed otherwise.

Processing Charges

The refund amount may be subject to deductions for any payment gateway or transaction charges.
